Introduction
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website operated by A Vocal Affair Pte Ltd (“AVA”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including its online Shop and Custom Blend enquiry form. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms.
1. About AVA
AVA is a Singapore-based vocal entertainment, artist management and creative services business. Our Site introduces artists and services, which may include artist bookings, event curation, vocal direction, coaching, workshops, sound solutions and selected products. 2. Information and availability
Artist rosters, biographies, photographs, show formats, service descriptions, indicative fees and other content are for general information and may change. Availability, scope, fees and deliverables are subject to confirmation. An enquiry or website submission does not by itself constitute a confirmed booking.
3. Bookings, quotations and contracts
Submitting a Custom Blend form or other enquiry does not reserve an artist, confirm a booking or create an obligation to pay. Artist bookings, commissioned creative work, event curation and other bespoke services are separately quoted, invoiced and confirmed under their own written agreements. Their agreed payment, cancellation, postponement, deliverable and other terms prevail over these website terms for the relevant engagement.
4. Purchases and payments
Products added to the online Shop cart are purchased through online checkout and require payment using an available payment method. Placing an order and receiving an automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that AVA has accepted it; acceptance occurs when we send an order confirmation, unless the checkout expressly states otherwise. Prices, delivery charges and any applicable taxes should be shown before payment. Orders are subject to availability, verification and our Refund, Return & Shipping Policy. AVA may contact you about pricing or stock errors and offer cancellation and a refund rather than fulfil an incorrectly priced order.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Site text, design, branding and original AVA materials belong to AVA or are used with permission. Artist names, images, performances, recordings, compositions, videos and other third-party materials may belong to the relevant artists, creators or rights holders. Nothing on the Site grants you a licence to reproduce, download, adapt, distribute, commercially exploit or use these materials for advertising without the relevant rights holder’s prior permission, except as permitted by law.
6. Permitted use
You may browse the Site and share links for lawful personal or business reference. You must not misrepresent an affiliation with AVA or an artist; scrape or commercially reuse content without authorisation; interfere with Site security; upload harmful code; or use the Site for unlawful activity.
7. Third-party services and links
The Site may link to social media, streaming, Eventbrite ticketing, payment or other third-party platforms. We do not control their content, availability or policies. Transactions made directly with third parties may be governed by their own terms.
8. Disclaimers and liability
We take reasonable care to keep Site information current but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by law, AVA is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general Site information or temporary Site unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
9. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal data. We may revise the Site or these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated terms take effect when published, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
10. Governing law and contact
